QR wristband check-in: one band, one guest, one day
The wristband is the thread through the ride. Every scan lands on the same booking, so the counter, the dock and the queue display see the same guest.
Jet ski for two riders, 30 minutes at 10:00. Paid in dollars, change given in rufiyaa at the rate of the moment.
One scan ties the QR band to the booking. Lose the slip, keep the band.
Each rider is named on the booking and signs on the handheld. The signatures are stored with it.
Token J-007 comes up on the display at the dock. The riders walk down when their ski is ready.
Scanned at the dock. The ride is logged against the band, and one ski is held for the 30 minutes.
A scraped hull on return. The unit is taken out of booking until it is fixed, so the next slot sells one fewer.

There is no subscription, setup fee or commission for the counter, the scanner, the agent portal or any module, and no card is needed to sign up.
Only selling on online travel agencies through Opero Channel Manager, a separate solution you switch on from inside the Counter. It is in pilot with our first channel, Follow Me To Maldives, and will be an optional paid add-on, priced when it launches. Nothing you use in Opero POS today will move behind it.

Yes. Invite the agents you already sell through to the Opero Agent Portal and agree a rate with each one, per service. They book you directly at those rates and their bookings land in your counter like any other.
Yours. Receipts, waivers and slips carry your business name and details. Opero appears only as a small credit.
No. Every operator's bookings, guests, staff and cash are kept separate, and each staff account only reaches its own operator.
You pick a base currency and add the others you accept. Guests can pay in more than one currency, and the exchange rate is fixed at the moment of payment. Tax rules are set up from your country and you can edit them.
