QR wristband check-in: one band, one guest, one day
The wristband is the thread through the day. Every scan lands on the same booking, so the counter, the jetty and the kitchen see the same guest.
Snorkel trip for two with lunch. Paid in dollars, change given in rufiyaa at the rate of the moment.
One scan ties the QR band to the booking. Lose the slip, keep the band.

Who it is for
Pick what you sell during setup and Opero shapes the service around it: seats on a departure, units by the hour, a pass for the day or a dive package.
Boat dives sold by the seat, dive packages used one dive at a time, and tanks and BCD sets counted against every trip.

Only for selling on online travel agencies. We plan to let you connect Opero to channels such as GetYourGuide and Viator through our channel manager, switched on from inside Opero, so a booking on any channel uses the same capacity you sell at the counter. It will be an optional paid add-on, priced when it launches. Nothing you use in Opero today will move behind it.
Operators who sell trips, activities and day passes at a counter and then serve the guest on site: dive centres, water sports and jet ski rentals, snorkel and island day trips, picnic islands, speedboat transfers, parks and carnivals. It fits one stall with one tablet as well as a site with many counters and a scanner at every gate.

At the counter, one scan binds a QR wristband to the booking. From then on every scan on a handheld (check-in, boarding a transfer, using an activity, serving a meal) lands on that same booking, so every station sees the same guest.
Yes. Invite the agents you already sell through to the Opero Agent Portal and agree a rate with each one, per service. They book you directly at those rates and their bookings land in your counter like any other.
Yours. Receipts, waivers and slips carry your business name and details. Opero appears only as a small credit.
No. Every operator's bookings, guests, staff and cash are kept separate, and each staff account only reaches its own operator.
You pick a base currency and add the others you accept. Guests can pay in more than one currency, and the exchange rate is fixed at the moment of payment. Tax rules are set up from your country and you can edit them.
